Cultural Preservation
The rich oral traditions, music, and language of the Fulbe are at risk of being lost. Our Cultural Preservation programme documents and revitalises this heritage.
We run community radio programmes in Fulfulde, support local storytellers and poets, and organise annual cultural festivals. We have also created digital archives of folk tales and traditional songs, and we provide grants to artists who keep Fulbe craftsmanship alive.
